About EBS 

Since 2006 The Emergency Broadcast System has whipped New England party crowds for all occasions into a frenzy with over 80 high energy performances a year featuring a unique mix of current to classic tunes from Stevie Wonder to Guns & Roses to Lady Gaga performed with all the showmanship and skill you’d expect from their extensive resumes. Singer/ guitarist Fil Pacino and guitarist Dan Bernal have packed clubs since the mid 90’s when their band Canine rose to top billing on the New England circuit. They toured extensively shooting up national radio charts and opening for the likes of Bad Company, David Lee Roth and Fishbone earning a Boston Music Awards nomination for Best Live Act. Pacino and Bernal have each written music featured on network and cable television including ABC, Nickelodion, MTV, Cinemax and others. Bassist Will Cady brings high def to the low end as manager for Bass Effects at Source Audio. At age 15 Will’s band was the youngest to ever perform at the venerable Orpheum Theater and Will has since performed with members of David Bowie, Prince, Dweezil Zappa, Parliament Funkadelic, Ziggy Marley and Paul Simon’s bands. Chelsea Ventura adds southern comfort to this musical nor’easter having studied with members of the Atlanta Opera and Mark Baxter (Stephen Tyler, Scott Weiland) as well as working in Nashville alongside writers responsible for Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum and Rascall Flatts hits. Keeping party-goers in rhythm is drummer Michael Cafasso whose work with industry giants like Mike Mangini (Extreme, Steve Vai, Dream Theater) and Rod Morgenstein (The Dregs, Steve Morse,Winger) launched him into a long career with successful original and cover bands while recording for artists including Joe Perry(Aerosmith) and James Montgomery and sharing the stage with members of Boston and Sammy Hagar’s band. For a true rock n’ roll experience activate The Emergency Broadcast System.
